| nursing school graduation today! main commencment tom'w! i am not a college kid anymore! eeeeeee. crazy.

| haven't posted on this in forever although that doesn't mean that
nothing has been going on. on the contrary, a lot of stuff has, which
is probably why i haven't posted, hahaha.
so i'm done with college. had my last final yesterday. which happend to
be my only final of the semester, but anyway. it's over. now i just
hang out until graduation, at which point i imagine it will start to
sink in that i'm not coming back to this place next year. i'm not
coming back, and if i do come back to visit, it will require more
planning than i'm used to because i won't even be in NC next year; i'll
be in TN. and i'm so excited about moving there and have great
expectations because i feel like it's where i'm supposed to be, but
leaving here, leaving my state, my hometown, my friends and familiarity
is going to be pretty much the hardest thing i've had to deal with,
since i've never had to move before. i went six miles down the road for
my college experience. and now i'm about to 500 miles away. crazy
crazy. the word bittersweet is one of those over-used ones, but it's
about the only word i can think of to apply to my current situation.
anyway i'll prolly post more frequently now that i'm feeling sentimental and find myself with more free time than ever.
hope all are well.

| good quote and a random story.
quote, from paul at church last week. "we have accepted the messiah's acceptance of us"
i just like that as a summary of what jesus has done and how we've entered into a relationship with him.
random story. i had a pleco
(fish) named roy. for roy williams. i also have two other fish, dean
and dome. are you sensing the theme? anyway, i woke up friday and
darling roy was dead in the bottom of the tank. so i started yelling to
one of my roommates (who was also fond of roy), "roy is dead! roy is
dead!!!" my cries attracted the attention of two other roommates, both
of whom thought i was referring to roy williams. thought that was
humorous. ok time to study.
